Netwatch is market leader in remote visual surveillance for commercial and residential properties in Ireland, UK and US. The business was founded in 2003 by David Walsh and Niall Kelly and is based and operated from Carlow with offices in the UK and the US.

In 2016, Development Capital invested €9 million to accelerate its US growth plan. In March 2018, global private equity firm, The Riverside Company acquired a significant stake in Netwatch and as part of the transaction Development Capital realised its investment in the business.
