Broderick’s is an Irish producer and distributor of branded and unbranded “grab and go” cakes, tray bakes, scones, muffins, breads and other baked consumer foods. The business employs c.100 staff from its state of the art facility in Dublin.

Development Capital invested in Broderick’s in 2017 to support its organic growth project and has since provided further capital to fund its international growth strategy.
