Cillian Ryan

Investment Manager

Cillian is an Investment Manager with Development Capital and works principally on deal origination, due diligence, execution and post-investment monitoring. Cillian joined Development Capital from specialist property lender Activate Capital, a €950m residential and commercial development fund. He previously worked with the corporate finance team of Key Capital where he completed a number of buy and sell side mandates as well as both equity and debt raises.

Cillian is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a first-class honours degree in BSc. Finance from University College Cork.
