Development Capital are delighted to be awarded Deal of the Year (€2.5m-€10m) at the inaugural Irish Investor Awards 2024 for its investment in Wogan Build Centre.

The Development Capital team attended the awards evening in Dublin’s Mansion House along with Garrett Wogan and Derek Wogan of Wogan Build Centre, and Shena Brien and Brian Chamberlain of IP Telecom, (another Development Capital investment) which was also nominated as a finalist in this category.
