On 13th February 2023, Development Capital announced its move to a new office in the Miesian Plaza complex – the former Bank of Ireland HQ – on Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2.

Development Capital’s new base is in one of the Republic’s most energy efficient offices which has won several awards for environmental performance and sustainability. A weather station on the roof controls blinds and helps regulate temperature to save energy. The building’s strong environmental accreditations were a key factor in the move as the Fund continues to support sustainable practices.
